Jill Smith is an attorney with over 10 years of legal experience in litigation and transactional matters. Jill received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and her juris doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, graduating summa cum laude. Following law school, Jill gained experience as a litigator and then focused on contract matters working as in-house counsel. Jill’s main focus with Moran & Associates is estate planning and probate and trust administration. Jill enjoys speaking with clients and potential clients to determine the estate planning instruments necessary to achieve each client’s desired results.
